Mission Statement:
The Maine Beer and Wine Distributors Association (MBWDA) supports the state-based regulation of beer and wine, ensuring quality, choice, and safety for Maine consumers. MBWDA promotes alcohol awareness within Maine communities and advocates responsible choices about drinking.

Alcohol is a unique product that requires regulation and responsible consumption. Beer and wine distributors know that a strong three-tier, state-based system is the key to effective and accountable alcohol control and are proud to be a part of this 75-year-old system.

Client Profile: MBWDA is an important part of Maine's alcohol regulatory system, serving as the link between beer and wine producers and more than 4,500 Maine grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, bars and other retail locations licensed to sell alcohol to Maine consumers.
